Dr. Kelly Rau (Strathdee), ND, FMCP-M is a Naturopathic Doctor and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner who believes that the journey to true wellness begins when each patient is seen as a whole person: physical, emotional, and far more than just the sum of their symptoms.
Within her practice, Dr. Kelly takes pride in providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Whether you come to see Dr.Kelly for issues related to digestion, thyroid function, stress/sleep, mood, mental health, hormonal health, menopause and more, you can expect to be informed and provided with a plan to address the underlying causes of symptoms or disease, via a systems-based approach.
While she treats a wide range of conditions and provides care for patients of all ages, at the heart of her practice is a passion and deep commitment to supporting women through the hormonal transitions of perimenopause and menopause.
Dr. Kelly understands that when women go through this major life transition, their symptoms, such as fatigue, mood changes, sleep disruption, and more, are not just physical issues. They can affect how people show up in their lives, relationships, and careers. With empathy, deep listening, curiosity and evidence-based naturopathic care, Dr. Kelly guides her patients toward feeling more grounded, energized, and empowered in their bodies again.
When you see Dr. Kelly, you’ll find her approach is collaborative and personalized: blending naturopathic and functional medicine tools, including advanced diagnostics, nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and when appropriate, Hormone Replacement Therapy.
Within the walls of her clinic space, you can expect to be heard, to be provided with the facts, evidence and options, and to be empowered and supported in taking ownership over your own health and wellness journey.
Whether you’re navigating a life transition, needing help managing a chronic condition, looking to enhance your overall wellness, or anything in between, Dr. Kelly looks forward to welcoming you with compassion and a commitment to helping you achieve better wellbeing.
